Description
The AGU Essential Prime II W cycling longs for women are very suitable for longer, winter bike rides. These cycling longs are made from recycled fabrics and are therefore part of AGU's Greensphere collection. It is an upgrade compared to the normal Essential Bib Shorts, because the Essential Prime II W provides more warmth and is more comfortable on longer rides. The latter is due to the addition of the Red 120 chamois. A double layer of fabric has been placed on the thighs and knees and the crotch is windproof. Reflective details are fitted for better visibility in dark conditions.

The AGU Essential Prime II W is made of Inverno material, which has a Durable Water Repellent (DWR) finish. This keeps your legs nice and warm and offers light protection against water. The thigh area and the knees are provided with a double layer of Inverno material. This gives you extra insulation in these critical areas. In addition, the crotch is made windproof, so that this part of the body also stays warm.
Remains excellent and comfortable
The AGU Essential Prime II W stays in place thanks to the Velo mesh base layer. This replaces the braces and ensures better pressure distribution over the upper body. Since this upper is made of mesh material, it also has good ventilation capacity. Thanks to the YKK zipper at the front, putting on and taking off these long cycling shorts is made easier. The lycra laser-cut leg ends are provided with silicone. This is another feature that ensures that these women's cycling longs stay in place. Flat stitched seams have also been used, which means that the risk of irritation is very small.
Red 120 ladies chamois
The AGU Essential Prime II W is equipped with the women's-specific Red 120 chamois. This is very suitable for longer rides and with more frequent use. During these kinds of bike rides you benefit from the excellent damping of the High-Impact perforated foam. Furthermore, the chamois is equipped with 'Skiving' technology. This prevents irritations on the skin due to subtle differences in height in the chamois. The pros of Team Jumbo-Visma also use the Red 120 chamois.
